2. Orders & Pricing
- All orders are subject to availability
- Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY)
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues
3. Payment
All payments are securely processed via iyzico.
We do not store your card information.
4. Delivery
- Delivery times may vary depending on location
- Delays caused by courier companies are not our responsibility
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared or shipped
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
6. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of food and beverage products (coffee), returns are generally NOT accepted.
However, refunds or replacements are available in the following cases:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items
7. Refund Conditions
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Proof (photo/video) may be required
8. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (iyzico)
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by us.
